Do we have meaningful judges at the apex courts in the states of india or that of india?

Do we have glorious judges in India today?

I have a serious doubt.

I understand that the Indian Apex court thinks India has to honor the indian parliament with 186 crime tainted legislators in a house of  531 MPs in Lok Sabha as really democratic parliament when arbitrarily 186 tainted could elected  to the office of MPs.

Apex court is out of gear  or bearings  when one looks at it under the Constitutional interpretation of the indian constitution and the indian parliament, as the Apex judiciary thinks, tainted parliament really enjoys the constitutional position of proper  parliament, unfortunately the Apex court reads the Constitution articles wrongly obviously.

Just because Constitution any where assumes really morally and ethically right legislators are elected not by any devious ways, but elections are surface in under devious means is obvious fact.

Article 12 institutions are ought to be morally and ethically sound institutions if not cannot qualify to be an Art 12 institution is obvious.

When so if the current Lok Sabha is with 186 tainted MPs, it is obvious, it cannot be right to call them  i mean all 531 MPs  as right legislators, when so it is said it is some Sham Parliament.

When it is a sham Parliament with Rajya sabha is filled with politicians not real intellectuals in different fields.

If the Rajya sabha is again another kind of Lok sabha how you can call Rajya Sabha as the upper house, when it is a sham Rajya sabha with Lok sabha character, when so obviously the parliament cannot qualify itself as an Art 12 institution , for the existing parlu=iament had forfeited its right to be called as a duly elected parliament.

When so, obvious they forfeited to be an Art 12 institution. Why the Apex court judges or the high court judges do not understand this elementary facts as dispensations of the Indian /constitution.

It is sad corollary that we have judges with least quality thinking is obvious again.

I want any citizen can question this aspect, as very few judges seem to be quality judges in these custodian courts mean most judges got appointed to these courts might be through some  backdoor mechanism.(Part I)
